Shipping Policy

All shipments are sent via Canada Post Parcel service. This service comes with tracking and up to $100 liability coverage. Shipping times can range from 2-8 days depending on your location. 1000 Islands Box assumes no responsibility for lost items during shipping. We cannot guarantee weather and delivery conditions or damage caused to the outside of the box.

For US customers: 1000 Islands Box ships to Canada and the United States. Should customs and duties be charged for any order to the United States, they are at the expense of the customer. Additionally, boxes stopped at the border are subject to search by US Customs, which may delay delivery and cause a disturbance in the quality of packaging. Therefore 1000 Islands Box is not responsible for any delays, customs or duties that may be charged, with the responsibility of payment falling solely on the customer.

Our Return Policy

All sales of 1000 Islands Boxes are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.  However, we do want to provide you with exceptional customer service, if there is an issue with your box, please contact us at hello@1000islandbox.com and we will be happy to assist you.
